August 12th Update (4.45.0; "4_45_VanHoutens_Broadsword")[edit]
- The app icon and the splash screen were changed to new ones for the event.
- Annika, Milhoose, and Milford Van Houten can now Moonbounce.
- S.T.E.M. Conference Hotel was added to the Buildings inventory category.
- The Van Houtens character group now scrolls.
- The music or sound effects cutout glitch was fixed.
- The screenshot or notification freeze bug was fixed.
August 14th Update ("4_45_VanHoutens_Patch1")[edit]
- The event exciting text was changed from "The Van Houtens has landed! For a limited time, get all (number of items) items here!" to "The Van Houtens have landed! For a limited time, get all The Van Houtens items here!".
- The Limited Time date for the Mystery Box Tokens and 5 Mystery Box Tokens has been fixed.
- The Van Houtens Mystery Box now correctly awards Taylor House and Dodgeball Court instead of just Allison Taylor and Erik.
- If the player unlocked Allison Taylor alone, the game will now award the Taylor House.
- If the player unlocked Erik alone, the game will now award the Dodgeball Court.
