Level 46 is the sixty-fifth content update for The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was released on October 22, 2014. It introduced Mrs. Muntz and Greta Wolfcastle as new characters.

- Two new character collections were added: "Even More Oddballs" and "More Kids".
- Base multipliers changed:

- There are two new Building Group names, which are used for events and special quests etc. They distinguish which buildings are used for which quests and which characters. They are:
- MrsMuntzGoOnDatesGroup
- VulgariORKwikEMart
- The points needed to maintain a 5-star rating on one section of the Conform-o-Meter have changed, with only Consumerism and Gluttony remaining the same:

- The cash and XP reward for all premium 6-hour earning buildings has changed from
175 and 
18 to 175 and 20. - Greta Wolfcastle was added to the list of kids who have a Treat Bag earning task: Peruse Artisanal Treat Bags – 16 hours (Vulgari Jewelry Store OR Kwik E Mart). She also got a small 1-part Halloween related quest with Bart which unlocks the Treat Bag earning task.
