"Day Old Donuts" offer is the twenty-second content update for The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It started on May 24, 2013 and ended on May 28, 2013.

Gameplay

Gil appears in the player's town with a 'donut bubble' over his head. After tapping on it:

Ol' Gil's got a real sweet treat for you today, Springfield. Day Old Donuts! Mmm... donuts. You're not really planning to eat those stale donuts, are you? No, I'm going to use them to purchase Professor Frink, have him build a time machine, then travel back in time to when the donuts were still fresh. And then eat them.

If the player purchases a pack of donuts that are 25% off:

Really? Well hot damn! The kids are going to eat tonight!

If not the player presses the back arrow after the screen pops up one of the lines appearance.

C'mon, Gil really needs this. They're going to take my kidney!
