David Bowie is an English singer, songwriter and actor.

History[edit]

When First Church of Springfield needed some fund-raising ideas, they wanted Marge to write to David Bowie again. Reverend Lovejoy told her he had done enough for them.[1]

When Lyle McCarthy trained Homer, he wanted him to do a montage to David Bowie's "Heroes" and let him do that.[2]

Mrs. Berrera's cat was named Bowie because it had different colored eyes, like David Bowie.[3]

Principal Skinner mentioned Bowie and his song "Changes" in his retirement speech. He also mentioned Bowie's alter-ego, Ziggy Stardust.[4]

David Bowie may have been reincarnated as a fly, although this could have been Lisa's imagination from meditating too much.[5]
