William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton is the forty-second President of the United States, serving from 1993 to 2001.
History[edit]
Bill and Hillary Clinton attended Krusty the Clown's 29th Anniversary Show.[1]
The secret affairs of John F. Kennedy, Dwight D. Eisenhower, George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton were the subject of an episode of the television show Eye on Springfield, hosted by Kent Brockman.[2]
In the '90s, a young Homer Simpson said that there would never be a president worse than Bill Clinton, saying that lying in a deposition in a civil lawsuit was the worst sin a president could commit.[3]
Homer called Bill Clinton to ask him if he knew how he could get some Tang.[4]
Bill Clinton once answered Lisa Simpson's complaint about a band contest in which the Springfield Elementary School Band was beaten by the band of Ogdenville school, which used an illegal tactic involving visual aids. President Clinton said that he thought their tactic was wrong, so he overturned the results of the competition personally, giving the prize to Springfield Elementary. He then said he wanted to teach kids a lesson to complain until things go their way. When Marge pointed out that was a lousy lesson, President Clinton said he was a lousy president.[5]
Bill Clinton made jokes at a potential investors meeting at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.[6]
He was arrested and imprisoned along with the Simpson family, the Dixie Chicks and Elmo in the Ronald Reagan Reeducation Center after Springfield implemented the Government Knows Best Act.[7]
Some time later, during the 2008 Election Primaries in Springfield, he was forced to put up signs supporting his wife Hillary, who was running for president.[8]
When Superintendent Chalmers was tutoring Bart in American history and showed him an illustration depicting all of the Presidents, Clinton was one of the few that Bart could identify, referring to him as "sex guy".[9]
A bust of Bill Clinton was seen at the Hillfolk in Media exhibit at the Hillbilly Pica-ture Palace.[10]
He was one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".[11]

Bill Clinton was running against Bob Dole in the 1996 presidential election. Shortly before the election, Kang and Kodos invaded Earth and abducted Clinton and Dole before assuming their identities. The two aliens then continued their campaigns until they were eventually unmasked by Homer. However, since the American democratic system was basically a two-party system, the people had to vote for one of them, and Kang won.[12]
During Lisa Simpson's term as President, it was revealed that Clinton had kept a stash of pornographic videos at Camp David. The collection was in a large box labeled "Girlies What Ain't Got No Clothes", and Bart's friends went through it when they were supposed to be helping Bart with a "coolness report" to present to Lisa.[13]
Behind the Laughter[edit]
- The Bill Clinton character was voiced by Harry Shearer in early episodes, Phil Hartman in "Treehouse of Horror VII" and Karl Wiedergott in episodes since season 10.
- Bart's identifying Clinton as "sex guy" is a reference to the Lewinsky scandal.
