Biff Westwood is a young rock star who looks like Bart Simpson.

History

When Bart and Lisa were at the Springfield Mall, Lisa discovered that Westwood would visit the store Cee-Dee Cauldron in the mall. Lisa and Bart went to the crowd and started waiting on Westwood, and after two hours without Westwood arriving, the crowd started to become angry and Westwood's manager tried to calm them down.

To get to the arcade as fast as possible, Bart dressed himself up as Westwood. When the girls saw him, they started chasing him and ripped off his shorts. When Lisa discovered Bart was Westwood, Westwood's manager thanked Bart for the stunt trick, as it saved his skin. The manager gave Bart and Lisa two tickets to the night's concert as thanks. During the concert, Lisa told Bart that she would always remember what Bart did for her, while Bart would rather forget.

His tour schedule included a visit to Springfield, and when he came to the town, he visited the Kwik-E-Mart while Bart was there, and they found they looked similar. They decided to swap lives before it was time for his TV concert. Biff stayed with the Simpsons and did Bart's homework, making Marge proud that "Bart" did his homework voluntarily. Lisa was suspicious that Bart had changed and realized the day after that Biff was Bart. Biff told the truth to Lisa, who said that the concert on television was recorded that day and not the next day when it was broadcast. Marge was forced to take "Bart" to the school, where Principal Skinner suspected that "Bart" cheated on that day's test, but during his visit to the school, they realized that "Bart" was not cheating. Lisa then took Biff to the TV studio, where Bart was ready to sing, and they could not reveal the bluff. Lisa and Biff decided that Biff would sing behind the scenes and get Bart to mime.
