Homer tells Marge that he happens to be a hopeless romantic, and reminisces of the first time they met - in a meadow. He recalls that it was love at first sight and that he knew from the start they would spend the rest of their lives together. He tells Marge that he will cherish those days forever. Marge is unimpressed, because the first time they actually met was outside a store, as she recalls, in 1973, when a young Homer, with his friend [[Barney]], asks a young Marge to buy them a beer. Young Marge tells young Homer that they're in the same class as each other and that they're the same age. Young Homer mentions that she looks older, and young Marge groans.
