History
When Homer Simpson didn't understand that Krusty the Clown was Jewish, Lisa told him that there were many Jewish entertainers such as Lauren Bacall, Dinah Shore, William Shatner, and Mel Brooks.
Behind the Laughter
In real life Shore died on February 24, 1994 of ovarian cancer.
