Tattoo Annie says very little, letting her tattoos do the talking. Her big identifying feature is her Mad magazine fold tattoo on her back. Tattoo Annie appears to have a very intense personality.

Tattoo Annie has a tattoo of the character Alfred E. Neuman from MAD magazine. She shows this to Marge Simpson in prison after Marge asks, "What kind of slime would I marry?"—which is the question tattooed on her back before it is folded.
