Dr. Foster is Ned Flanders' childhood psychologist with whom he underwent anger management therapy so as never to lose his temper. Flanders once snapped, letting out all his anger, resulting in a reunion between Foster and Flanders.

History

He helped Ned with his mental problems when he went berserk at his friends.

Dr. Foster apparently got Botox work done and began wearing a toupee. He led the search for Marge Simpson when she went missing after being declared insane.

Dr. Foster oversaw the sessions at the John Ford Center for Alcoholic Cowboys, which Buck McCoy attended.
