Synopsis
- When she finds out that Homer doesn't have a plan for financing her college education, Lisa takes up stock trading to earn the money.
Plot
Lisa asks Homer if they have a financial plan so that she can go to Harvard. Homer informs her that he does, and she follows him when she discovers that he is buying two scratchcards at the Kwik-E-Mart instead of putting the money into her college savings. Later, Homer finds Lisa sitting at the computer and trading stocks. Homer decides that she is doing fine. Two weeks later, Marge discovers that Lisa's grade has dropped because she has been spending time trading stocks on the computer. Marge goes into her room, turning off the computer. Lisa becomes depressed, and she follows Homer, watching him buy scratchcards again. Homer thinks about buying two tickets, but Lisa tells him that he should buy three.
