Synopsis
Plot
At the tax office, Homer is waiting for an elevator when Ned comes along. Homer wishes the elevator would hurry up and arrive before Flanders gets there, but the elevator arrives too late. In the elevator, Ned tells Homer that it makes him smile that his hard-earned money goes to pay the salaries of firemen, policemen, and building inspectors.
