Synopsis
Plot
Mr. Burns tries cutting back spending by ordering a "peasant" meal from Gulp 'N' Blow, but he doesn't like it. He asks Smithers if there are any other ways he could cut back on spending. Smithers lists all the money and assets Burns has, which leads Burns to think that he's actually broke. Smithers then suggests that they could cut employee wages to save 25 million dollars per year.
