Smithers gets the suggestion box to see what the employees want and finds that there are many requests for more donuts, which outnumber requests for health benefits five to one. Soon, the [[Springfield Nuclear Power Plant]] has an Employee Appreciation Day with free donuts all day if employees accept a pay cut.
