Bart teaches the reader how he comes up with nicknames for people. First, he spins the wheel with monikers on it. Then, he studies the subject of the new nickname to pick a feature that fits them. He then adds a colorful suffix to their nickname, like those found at the end of names of famous Europeans or at the end of very long words. He then puts it all together.
