The Simpsons Comic Strips were comic strips that ran in several newspapers in the United States. The comic strips were created years before their publication in newspapers, and it seems most likely that these comic strips were planned to appear in issues of Simpsons Comics. Some comic strips were printed in UK issues of Simpsons Comics.

A collection of The Simpsons Comic Strips, The Simpsons Comic Strip Cavalcade, will be released on October 6, 2026.^[1]

Most comic strips were unnamed, meaning some of the ones listed have conjectural titles.

Dr. Hibbert's Medical Mix-Up Dr. Hibbert falls over and patients' medical records get scattered everywhere. The reader has to match them to the correct patient. Marge's Morning "To-Do" List Marge wakes up tired and tries to complete her morning to-do list, with the family giving her more jobs to do.
