Maggie also had a tickle-me toy of Elmo that Moe and Maggie tickled too much, so it slapped Moe.[2]

He was a prisoner at the Ronald Reagan Reeducation Center. He was wrongly imprisoned there because he went to the wrong fundraiser. Elmo couldn't take prison life there, so he eventually committed suicide by hanging himself.[3]

During his Black History Month presentation, Ralph said that he had a dream where Elmo and Toy Story (Buzz Lightyear) had a party, and he went there.[4]

Ralph also once said that he was playing with Elmo, which was actually a rat.[5]

When Ned walked in on Homer and his parents, Ned, Sr. and Capri, watching Sesame Street and smoking marijuana, Big Bird and Elmo were on the screen.[6]

In New York City, Moe was robbed by people in Elmo and Spider-Man costumes.[7]
