The ringmaster is the ringmaster for the Cirque de Purée.

History

As a storm was attacking the circus, he told everyone to go as they could not perform in the storm. Homer, angry that they paid full price and are not being nourished, shouts at him. He then gets some of the performers to form a kite shape, grabs hold of the last one and flies of into a tree.
