Jimmy the Scumbag is a small-time crook in Springfield.

Biography[edit]

Jimmy is a registered sex offender, once arrested by Chief Wiggum for using the AT-5000 Auto-dialer illegally telemarketing. He was one of a handful of criminals who were fooled by the police department's free boat give-away scam, along with Snake and Homer. Despite his criminal deeds, he starred in a commercial for Grandma Plopwell's Pudding.^[1]

He assisted Snake Jailbird in a bank robbery.^[2]

He was seen in slums in Brazil.^[3]

He later returned to America and was seen among the "gun nuts" when Krusty was made a congressman.^[4]

He attended the memorial service when Moe's Tavern was closed down by the health inspector.^[5]
