Level 54 is the ninety-first content update for The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was released on June 17, 2015. It introduced Ruth and Laura Powers to the game.

- Dolph's character and dialogue pictures were changed.

- Jebediah Statue is now unique.
- Laura Powers was added to characters who can Moonbounce.
- Character and buildings requirements were removed from the Springfield General Hospital questline, solving the problem of it getting stuck.
- The extra multiplier level was removed.
- Completing Plant Workers now yields
1,750 and 
35 instead of 1,500 and 35. - Completing More Kids now yields 500 and 10 instead of 250 and 5.
- The glitch involving The Ungrateful Dead Pt. 7 and Walk-In Therapy Stand has been solved.
- A questline was added at the Little Black Box.
- Payout icons now have an amplified floating bounce.
