Milli Vanilli was a German R&B dance and pop group formed in Munich. They received public backlash in the late 1980s/early 1990s when they were exposed as just lip-syncing their songs.
History
Bart and Lisa are up late watching The Tonight Show where one of Johnny Carson monologue jokes is "I just heard Milli Vanilli was arrested for impersonating a McNugget." which neither of them find funny.[1]
Milli Vanilli appeared on the front cover of the Krusty book A Child's Garden of Milli Vanilli Jokes.[2]
