Hettie Mae Boggs is a homeless woman that Bart met after getting her cart beneath the lake. She lived in Bart and Lisa's closets.

Originally from Lickskillet, Kentucky in Appalachia, she was an incredible folk singer, and Lisa offered to plan a concert for her, but she ran away to Cletus's Farm. Once the Simpsons convinced her to come to the concert, everyone left, and she sang for Lisa and a cleaner guy. She was offered to sleep on the couch by Lisa after the song ended.
