During the lawsuit between Chester J. Lampwick and Itchy & Scratchy Studios, Roger Meyers Jr. argued that animation was built on plagiarism and mentioned various entertainers and characters as examples, including Huckleberry Hound, Chief Wiggum, Yogi Bear, Andy Griffith, Edward G. Robinson, and Art Carney.[1]
