Blingo is a member of The Weasels.
History[edit]
Due to Groundskeeper Willie's popularity overshadowing the other members of The Weasels, they ditched Willie in Springfield during their American tour and brought in Liverpudlian Blingo to replace him.

Blingo is a parody of Ringo Starr.
