The Monkeytown Philharmonic is an orchestra featured on The Krusty the Clown Show.
History[edit]
The Monkeytown Philharmonic consisted of trained monkeys who performed music using kazoos. The group was introduced playing "The Blue Danube" by Johann Strauss II under the direction of Sideshow Mel. At first, their performance proceeded fairly well, but it quickly descended into chaos when the monkeys turned on and attacked Sideshow Mel.
