Kaiser Wilhelm II was the last German emperor (kaiser) and Commander-in-Chief of the German armed forces in World War I.

History[edit]

When Apu got an instant photo booth that people thought it showed who they were in their past lives, Grampa thought it would prove his theory that he used to be Kaiser Bill.[1]

Mr. Burns listed Kaiser Wilhelm as one of the authority figures who he liked to portray in costume.[2]
