Tress MacNeille is a voice actress.
History
After Lisa sees Bart's affection for Lou, she tries to trick him into being a vegetarian by playing mooing sounds on a CD by Tress MacNeille. Later when Homer was at the Slaughter House, she was the voice recording in the building.
