Homer and Marge hired a Conformco worker to brainwash Bart, who had recently left them to live with Mr. Burns. He assured them of his qualifications, claiming to have successfully deprogrammed Jane Fonda—though he admitted he failed with Peter Fonda. He also said he managed to get Paul McCartney out of Wings, which enraged Homer.[2]

He and his wife Linda hung out on Apu Nahasapeemapetilon's secret roof garden, which he showed Lisa after she had issues about becoming a vegetarian.[3] He had also met Krusty the Clown.

Paul later appeared leaving a laundromat.[4]

When Lisa told Lunchlady Dora that she promised Paul McCartney she wouldn't eat meat, Dora replied that she promised Paul McCartney that she wouldn't sleep with John.[5]

Paul was on Lisa's list of cutest vegetarians,[6] and "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".[7]

McCartney attended the opening of MoHo HOUSE.[8]

A picture of Paul McCartney was on a wall of pictures of left-handed people titled "Left is Right."[9]

Paul McCartney is element Pm in Lisa's Table of Geeky Delights.[10]

Footage of the Beatles was shown in the documentary Salt You Need Is Love by Peter Jackson. In the footage, The Beatles talked about drinking water and umbrellas.[11]
