Starla is a character in the Radioactive Man comic book series, and the girlfriend of Plasmo.
History[edit]
When Professor Frink and Bart were captured in Mystical Plasmo: The Mystic, they helped Starla and Plasmo defeat Sand Snake. After they had transported Frink and Bart back to Earth, they had dinner.
