Miskeit is the uncle of Princess Paula Altrox and a member of the group M.A.N.N.

History

In Reinmania, Miskeit asked Radioactive Man to look after Princess Paula in America, as she was his niece. Later, in Zenith City, Paula and Rod Runtledge were attacked by Miskeit, who revealed himself to be a member of the group M.A.N.N., who wanted to remove the monarchy and nobility in Reinmania. He also revealed that he wasn't the brother of King Altrox but was from Paula's mother's side of the family. Claude Kane III then came along and knocked Miskeit out, saving Paula and Rod.

Later, Miskeit attacked Paula again, with the help of the bike gang Rodents. He was stopped by Radioactive Man and Fallout Boy and Radioactive Man took him back to Reinmania to be punished as M.A.N.N. didn't have connections there.
