Joseph Fitzgerald Shriver Onassis Schlossberg Quimby III is the son of Joe Quimby.

History

When Alice Glick died and left Springfield Elementary School funds for a new music program in her will, Joe Quimby III decided to run for student council president so he could instead use the funds for a weekend music festival. Quimby III then kicked off his campaign by giving out free frozen yogurt to everyone. Lisa decided that she would run against him, but when Devin pointed out that she was unpopular and the only person who stood a chance of beating Quimby was Bart, Lisa went to convince her brother to run. Bart agreed to do so when Lisa told him that Principal Skinner would hate Bart winning.

Bart started his campaign, but his popularity took a dive when Quimby ran an advert referring to Bart as "Fart." Lisa then planned a counter to the advert where they ran with the "Fart" rhyme and made a humorous advert with fart jokes. On voting day, the race was close, but Quimby won the election. After the election, Quimby asked Lisa to work for him because of how she ran Bart's campaign. Lisa agreed to work for him but also wrote him a speech to read out on inauguration day. Quimby read out the speech and announced he was stepping down. While he tried to hand the student council president position over to Bart, Chalmers intervened and handed it to Martin instead.
