History

When Herman helped Bart deal with Nelson he used a declaration of war from the Franco-Prussian War and just changed Otto von Bismarck to Bart Simpson.

After Gladys Gurney died she gave Marge her collection of potato chips that resembled celebrities, one of them was Otto von Bismarck.

He is one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".
