Sandy was one of the Laramie Cigarettes executives.

History

When Homer created a highly addictive vegetable called Tomacco, he attracted the attention of the Laramie Cigarette company, which tried to buy the Tomacco. However, when Homer asks for a higher price, they refused and kicked him out. When the farm animals became addicted to the Tomacco as well, Homer manages to save a Tomacco plant, but the Tomacco-crazed animals try to break in. When Homer tries to dispose of the plant, Mindy manages to catch it and whisks it away. In the end, it shows that a Tomacco-crazed sheep has stowed away onto the Laramie executive's helicopter and caused it to crash, killing him.
