History

When Herman helped Bart with Nelson he used a declaration of war from Franco-Prussian War and just changed Otto von Bismarck to Bart Simpson.

After Gladys died she gave Marge her collection of potato chips that resemble celebrities, one of them was Otto von Bismarck.

He is one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".
