He appears in Bart's fantasy about the snow day. He rushes into Congress announcing that he invented the sled. He and Congress then rush outside for a snow day.

Later Homer dreams that Franklin and Jimi Hendrix are playing Air Hockey in Heaven.

He is also one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".
