The Sailor Boy was a boy who seemed to be a friend of Bart.

History

He joined Bart's army against Nelson and after victory, ran up and kissed Lisa, homage to a famous photo taken after the end of World War II. Lisa then threw him off and slapped him . He was also seen when entering the adult screening at the Simpsons' .
