Dr. Steve is a psychiatrist at Tomorrow's New Horizons Rehab Center.

History

When Bart pulled a prank where he glued Krusty the Clown masks to the faces of teachers at Springfield Elementary School, he was sentenced to 28 days at the rehab center. Dr. Steve told Marge that the two-way glass looking into the room also blocked her love. Bart tried to put thumbtacks on Dr. Steve's chair, but he called Marge in and told her to sit down instead. Bart stopped her before she got hurt, which was the first step in his treatment, showing empathy.
