History
After Santa's Little Helper bit Marge the Simpson family took him to Cheep, Cheep, Cheap! to see a vet. Dr. Callas told them that he could put Santa's Little Helper down because "once a biter, always a biter". The Simpsons refused and left the clinic. After, Dr. Callas rung up the police and animal control about Santa's Little helper.
