The black teacher is an unnamed teacher who works at Springfield Elementary School.

History

He was one of the teachers who expressed discontent and protested against Principal Skinner's miserly spending on school supplies and activities.[1] He also panicked when Principal Skinner informed the faculty that all the Teacher's Edition textbooks had been stolen.[2]

He was among the Springfield Elementary School staff members present when Principal Seymour Skinner announced that the school had lost access to its oil revenue due to Mr. Burns' slant-drilling operation.[3]

The black teacher went to an "emergency caucus" that the teachers union called.[4]
