The Danish drug Othinquic takes a leading role in the episode. It is a parody of Ozempic, an anti-diabetes and anti-obesity medication sold by the Danish multinational Novo Nordisk

Trivia

  • The opening sequence uses a new shortened version. The only scenes seen are the title screen gag, Otto eating the carbon rod with Bart skating past him, and part of the quick sequence to the Simpsons House, where the final part plays as normal.
