When Lisa went over Niagara Falls and got hurt, she was taken to a Canadian hospital where she was treated by Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang told Lisa she was lucky and that she was fine, but recommended a five day stay to make sure. When Homer mentioned taking out another mortgage, Dr. Change reminded him that they were in Canada and their healthcare was free. When Lisa was starting to rant to the Canadian mountie about America, Dr. Chang gave her an injection that calmed her down.
