Dr. Jane Goodall is a British primatologist.
History[edit]
When Bart told J. Loren Pryor that he wanted to pretend that he was a regular dumb kid, Pryor understood that he wanted to do something like Jane Goodall and the chimps and ordered Bart to write down what he was planning.[1]
After Bart released Lolo the gorilla from the Springfield Zoo, the Simpson family brought her to the Pennsylvania Ape Reserve, where Dr. Joan Bushwell worked. She took in Lolo, renaming her Popo. Lisa then asked Dr. Goodall if she could stay with her, as she was Lisa's hero. Dr. Goodall then told Lisa to work hard and get a doctorate, then maybe she could.[2]
