She participated as a contestant in the Little Miss Springfield Pageant.[1]
She was one of the bullies who picked on Lisa for being a smart student, often pushing her and calling her "Brain Queen." She also bullied and pushed Allison Taylor.[2]
She was among the children gathered on the school lawn when the director of the Radioactive Man film introduced Milhouse as America's new Fallout Boy.[3]
During class photo day, after Bart Simpson was found to have head lice and Lisa was suspected of having them as well, Sarah and other girls mocked Lisa, played keepaway with her prescription shoes, and laughed when Principal Skinner called her to the office for an inspection.[4]
