Ms. Phipps is one of the school nurses at Springfield Elementary School along with Lunchlady Doris, who doubles as a nurse.
History
Ms. Phipps is quite jittery and nervous. This may have something to do with her paranoia about illnesses and germs, proven when she quickly jumped to the conclusion that Bart, who was only faking, had amoria phlebitis. She played hockey with Principal Skinner, Edna Krabappel, Dr. Pryor and Moe Szyslak on a snow day in Springfield.
