Dr. John Dolittle is a fictional character in the film Doctor Dolittle.
History
In 1986 Chief Wiggum was kicked out of the The Be Sharps barbershop quartet, but disguised himself as "Dr. Dolittle" to sing Talk to the Animals in the auditions for his replacement.[1]
In the film, he was seen giving a horse an eye test. He later spoke to a seal before he kissed it and threw it into the sea.[2]
