Death clues
This article or section needs to be cleaned up to fit in with the Manual of Style. |
- (To see who died see Character death)
Some clues about the Springfield resident who passed away on the Season Premiere were given by the media:
The character to die would have appeared more than twice in the show and will be voiced by an Emmy Award-winning voice actor who won an Emmy for the role as the character. This will be the season 26 premiere. As Al Jean said,[87] it won't be Edna Krabappel, due to Marcia Wallace's death[88] and Hank Azaria confirmed that it wasn't one of his characters.[89] However, Homer won't be who dies.[90]
Upcoming couch gags
- Matt Groening pointed out that they have some "surprises" for this season, also stating that "we've got one couch gag so nightmarish it will change your DNA!"[90]
- There will be a couch gag crossover with the animated series Rick and Morty.[91]
