The Rigellian queen is the queen of the Rigellians on Rigel 7.

History

She is the producer of Hillarium, a liquid sought after by the humans. After Milhouse and Bart in avatar form found the Rigellian queen, Milhouse called the humans, giving their position so they could take the Hillarium by force.
