- The episode title is a reference to the Last Man Standing challenge and the TV series Last Man Standing.
- Othinquic is a parody of Ozempic. Luigi uses the name Ozempic.
- Barney starts dancing the Can-can.
- Wiggum tells Lou and Eddie that he and Sarah are going to have more Ralphies, including one that looks more like Eddie, referencing the theory of how much Ralph looks like him, despite being Wiggum's son.

- The opening scene uses a new shortened version. The only scenes seen are the title screen gag, Otto eating the carbon rod with Bart skating past him, and part of the quick sequence to the Simpsons House, where the final part plays as normal.
