History

Lisa was diagnosed with "middle child syndrome" and Dr. Hibbert explained that it was serious, giving the example of Cain and Abel's middle brother Kevin. As Kevin did not get much attention for being the middle child, he was able to frame his brother for murder.

Behind the Laughter

Kevin is the fictitious middle brother of Cain and Abel, who were the first two sons of Adam and Eve.
