Rutherford Birchard Hayes was the 19th President of the United States, serving from 1877-1881.
History
He was portrayed by a student for the song We Are the Mediocre Presidents during Springfield Elementary's "Hooray for Presidents Day".[1]
A picture of him was seen in a book that Superintendent Chalmers showed Bart, before Bart developed an interest in Theodore Roosevelt.[2]
